 The blog was named by one of our very own members, Neil, so, thanks for the help Neil we couldn't have come up with it without you!


You may be wondering who ‘we’ is. Well, that would be the six exec of Sci-Fi and Fantasy;

Hi, I'm Connor, the charity and fundraising officer. Big fan of Doctor Who, A Song of Ice and Fire, Isaac Asimov, and H.G. Wells (and, if you include fantasy horror, Stephen King, James Herbert and Dean Koontz as well). Massive book nerd, massive nerd in general. 



Hey guys! I'm Daniel, your social secretary. You'll see me mostly creating events, doing polls and other things to make sure you know about all our events, socials, trips out, on social media!  I love anything Sci-Fi, I watch loads of science fiction and fantasy TV shows: Doctor Who, The 100, Orphan Black, Man in the High Castle, amongst others. I also love anything about Marvel and Superheroes. Clexa, Steve x Bucky and Ten/Tentoo x Rose are my main ships <3 



Hello everyone. I'm Pablo, your Secretary for this year. I am a big fan of Doctor Who, Game of Thrones and the Transformers, to name a few. I often enjoy looking at the science behind Sci-Fi. 







Hello members! I am Muneeb and I'm your Treasurer for the year. I am a big fan of Marvel as well as plenty other things in the Sci-Fi and Fantasy realm such as the Arrowverse TV shows. I am an avid football and F1 fan too. 




Hi I am Tanya, the President of this society! I am a big Avatar The Last Airbender, Marvel and Percy Jackson fangirl. Look forward to fangirling with all of you in the coming year! 







Hi guys I'm Nic, your Vice President! I love all things fantasy and am currently fighting my way through the Game of Thrones books! I love reading and, as you can probably tell, I love writing and I'll be running this blog! 






This blog came to fruition when I had the idea to run somewhere that we can share our opinions on TV shows, Films and Books. After some consultation with Anselm, I had an idea that was good enough to present and create.

On the blog you will find information about everything we do as a society, including when our showings are, our game nights, book club, and other dates of interest on the calendar page.

I will be posting on here every Monday!
